2 pounds. Gained...................:(
Since the last weigh in that I did in April.
I am dissapointed, but not suprised.
I have lost a total of 5 pounds since I started.
I am glad I have stepped up my running since Sunday. 4 miles. I need to keep it up. And, it is clear that I need to weigh in every week to stay on top of this.
I don't know what else to say. ):
